Quality Australian fibre, from our fields to the world.
From our farms across regional New South Wales, AFF grows, gins, markets and exports premium Australian cotton – connecting ours and our growers’ produce with the world.
Commercial, Progressive, Transparent.
In 1979, the Robinson family purchased Red Mill, a farm located near Moree NSW. They later developed the property for irrigation, focusing on cotton production, and over the years following, invested in agricultural company, Australian Food & Fibre and ultimately became sole owners of the entity.
In 2017, Canadian pension fund PSP invested in AFF, creating a joint venture and since then, the business has continued to grow, undertaking strategic acquisitions to increase its farming footprint but also incorporating supply chain activities such as ginning, warehousing and commodity trading. Today, AFF is recognised as the largest cotton producer in Australia and has operating facilities across the entire cotton supply chain, from farming to export.
While AFF has grown considerably over the years, it remains true to its roots, continuing to support the people, communities and regions that have helped shape the business. The business is led by Managing Director Joe Robinson and is headquartered in Moree, with regional offices across its operating areas and a Sydney office supporting trading and marketing.
