Connecting Australian cotton to global markets.

Our dedicated sales and marketing team works closely with growers, customers and logistics partners to deliver premium Australian cotton to global markets efficiently, reliably and with confidence.

Sales & Marketing

Based in Sydney, AFF's Sales & Marketing team connects premium Australian cotton with customers around the world.

AFF is a major trader of Australian cotton to spinning mills across the globe, while also marketing up to 300,000 metric tonnes of cottonseed to domestic and international customers.

Working with both AFF and our growers’ cotton, our Sales & Marketing team builds long-term relationships with mills, merchants and retailers, delivering the quality, consistency and reliable supply today's global textile industry demands.

Classing

Every bale of cotton marketed by AFF is objectively classed before it reaches a spinning mill, providing customers with an accurate and independent assessment of fibre quality.

Because AFF owns and operates every stage of the cotton supply chain - from farming and ginning through to warehousing, classing and marketing - our customers benefit from a level of consistency and transparency that is difficult to replicate.

From our Sydney classing facility, samples collected at each of our gins are tested using High Volume Instrument (HVI) technology, measuring the fibre characteristics mills rely on, including micronaire, staple length, strength, colour and grade. The result is a precise quality profile for every bale, giving customers complete confidence in the cotton they purchase.

The AFF classing office is an ICA Bremen Certified Laboratory.
