Leading the way in cotton ginning.

Our five cotton gins in regional New South Wales have the capacity to process 1.2 million bales annually, ensuring top-quality cotton while maximising grower returns through continuous investment in innovation.

Ginning

AFF operates a network of five of the most modern, technologically advanced cotton gins across regional New South Wales, providing reliable, high-quality processing for growers. Together, our facilities have the capacity to process up to 1.2 million bales (272,400 metric tonnes) of cotton annually.

AFF's own cotton moves through the same ginning facilities as our growers', so every investment we make is driven by a shared commitment to maximising fibre quality and yield, protecting value and delivering the best possible outcome at every stage of processing.

Each of our gins is equipped with advanced pre-cleaning technology designed to maximise the value of every bale, even in challenging seasons. Additional upgrades to processing equipment, seed handling infrastructure and bale press systems ensure our gins continue to operate efficiently during peak harvest while maintaining the highest standards of fibre quality.

Grower Services

AFF's team of Grower Services Representatives is based across all our operating regions, providing local support and ensuring a seamless journey from paddock to gin to export customer.

Working closely with growers throughout the season, the team assists with cotton and cottonseed marketing, contract management, crop forecasting and harvest planning. They also coordinate module deliveries, ginning schedules and reporting, helping growers navigate one of the busiest times of the year with confidence.

With a strong understanding of local conditions and regional production systems, our representatives provide practical advice, timely information and responsive service to help growers maximise the value of their crop.

If you're interested in touring one of our ginning facilities or would like to learn more about processing your cotton with AFF, please contact your local Grower Services Representative.

Good communication and quality are the big ones. The AFF team understands our business and works with us to make sure cotton is moved when we need it moved. Having that flexibility makes a real difference.
