Australian Food & Fibre (AFF) is looking for enthusiastic, driven year 12 students with big dreams. Whether they’re heading to university, TAFE, or another registered training organisation, the AFF Education Scholarship can help get them there.
Each year, we offer 5 scholarships up to $11,500 per student, per year of study, to help cover the costs of books, accommodation and the living expenses that come with furthering education – allowing students to focus on their studies, not their finances. Students who live and attend a public high school in one of the regional communities in which AFF operates are eligible to apply, provided they intend to pursue tertiary education on campus at an institution (e.g. university or TAFE) in accordance with the application criteria.
Applicants will be required to:
- Be completing year 12 Higher School Certificate in 2025
- Be applying for admission to a registered tertiary or non-tertiary institution in 2026
- Display community and civic responsibility
- Demonstrate participation in extra-curricular activities, where applicable
- Have completed the application form and emailed it to the AFF Education Scholarship Committee at [email protected] by 5pm, 31 August 2025. All applications must be the applicants’ original work and will need to include:
- the completed application form
- a cover letter outlining why their application meets the overall objective of the program and what the applicant seeks to do as a longer-term career field
- a suitable resume, or personal profile covering work history, study background, background
relevant to AFF, sporting and hobby interests, and details of any community service
